1. What grade of stainless steel do you use?
We always use 304 grade stainless steel unless our customer has specified a different type.
  2. Do you offer different patterns/finishes?
Yes, we do offer a variety of patterns and finishes in stainless steel. Most of the patterns are used for backsplashes, and other architectural designs. There are a few different options that can be used on cabinets and counters as well.
  3. How do you recommend I clean stainless steel?
We always suggest using a stainless steel cleaner that is not oil based. We offer a stainless steel cleaner that is food safe, and does not leave an oily film. For best results, it is recommended to wipe with the grain of the stainless steel. Household cleaning products that contain chlorides such as Chlorine bleach or acids can stain and corrode the surface of stainless steel if not thoroughly rinsed with clean water. Please do not use abrasive products that contain steel or grit, as these products can leave rust deposits on the stainless.
  4. Is it possible to remove scratches from stainless steel?
It depends on how deep the scratches are. If they are surface scratches a scotch brite pad can be used to remove the scratches. It is important to rub with the grain, so you avoid altering the finish. Please remember that your stainless product was fabricated by professionals. Your results may vary depending on your ability and abrasive supplies that are used.
  5. Are stainless steel counter tops difficult to install?
No, stainless steel counter tops installed the same as a solid surface top, by fastening the top to the cabinet from the underside. You may incur complications if the walls are not square.
  6. How much will it cost to ship my product?
It depends on size, weight, and distance. We can provide a budget number for you in your quote.
  7. What are you terms in regards to payment?
Unless your company has filled out a credit application, and has been approved, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due upon pick up, or before shipment.
